We provide excellent customer service, and we are here to serve you. We can absolutely meet more often to meet your specific business needs.
When and how do I send my documents to you?
We will need your bank statements every month in order to categorize all your transactions. We can setup your bank statements to automatically synch with QuickBooks so that you can focus on your business while we handle your bookkeeping. You can also send us your documents if you prefer.
When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?
We will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business.
What if I need assistance for special projects?

What if my books are behind schedule or need a clean-up?

We use a flat rate fee per month. We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you.
What if I need get my books set up on QuickBooks Online. can you help me with that?
Absolutely, we are Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. We will make sure that all your information get right in an accurate and timely manner. Setting up Chart of Accounts, Vendors, Customers, Opening balances etc.
Do you offer services of Tax Advisory, Budgeting or CFO services?
Keep in mind that I am a Bookkeeper not a CPA. So I am not authorized legally to provide those type of services. I mainly focus on get your books ready for the Tax Season and provide you some suggestions to help you make better informed decisions.
